STAR TREK and all related marks, logos and characters are owned by CBS Studios Inc. “Star Trek: New Voyages/Phase II”, it's websites, mirror sites and episodes, the promotion thereof and/or any exhibition of material created by Cawley Entertainment Company/Retro Film Studios LLC are not endorsed or sponsored by or affiliated with CBS/Paramount Pictures or the STAR TREK franchise.
Me again (grin). The Star Trek Phase II fan-film project distributes fan-film episode files on the understanding that no profit is to be made by anyone connected to the project. Further, these files are made available for private non-commercial viewing only and must NEVER be sold or traded in any format or on any medium. Also, unauthorized tampering, altering, or creating of derivative works from the episodes, or any images or audio contained therein is strictly prohibited and subject to severe civil and criminal penalties under the law.
CBS/Paramount has allowed this project to play in "its sandbox" since 2004. Please don't do anything to make them take that sandbox away.
